Research skills and techniques

Research skills and techniques

Fluent in Linux/Unix, R languages and basic in Phyton and Perl languages, analysis of large genomic (~700 vertebrate genomes) datasets. Development of analysys and interpretation pipelines to phylogenetic, population genetics and adaptive evolution projects, especially in demographic analysis and modelling (by Relate, GONE2, CurrentNe2, Neestimator, fastsimcoal). DNA extraction, quantification, and whole genome and gene sequencing (Illumina and Sanger) applied to large datasets.
